Terms & Conditions

Will there be a watermark?

Yes! All final images will be delivered with a watermark. If the client wishes to receive unwatermarked images, an additional fee will apply.

Do you travel?

Yes! We will go with you where ever you are to capture your moments. There would  be a travel fee.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

Give us a call or text as soon as possible and we can look lock you in for your next possible date.

 

Can we reschedule a consultation with you before booking?

Absolutely! We believe it’s important to have a good rapport with your photographer, and a consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your vision for your event. We’re happy to schedule a phone or in-person consultation at your convenience.

 

What if I'm running late?

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. A late fee of $10.00 per every 5 minutes past the scheduled start time will be added to the final invoice.

 

What's your policy on cancellations?

While I hope that won’t be necessary, I understand that plans can change. If you do need to cancel your photography services, please let me know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, but I’m happy to work with you to reschedule your photography services for a new date or event if possible.

 

Do you offer prints and albums?

Yes, they can be purchased as a add-on

How do we go about booking your services for our event?

Awesome! The first step is to get in touch with me via email or phone so that we can discuss your event and your photography needs. Once we’ve worked out the details, I’ll send you a contract to review and a deposit will secure your date.

 

Can we see some samples of your work?

Yes, absolutely! You can take a look at my portfolio on my website.

 

How long will it take to receive our photos?

We aim to deliver your edited photoshoot sessions within 5-7  business day. For events and wedding delivery within 2-4 weeks after your event. However, this timeline may vary depending on the size of the event.

 

Can you give me an idea of how many photos I can expect to receive?

The number of photos you’ll receive depends on the type of  session and package you choose.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid full charges. Deposits are non-refundable.
